Buying a house can be terrifying. It’s a huge purchase – probably the biggest purchase in your life – and your decision is not easily undone. We didn’t know anything about the real estate market in Nova Scotia, so when my family moved from Montreal to Halifax in 2007 we needed a professional Realtor® and trusted advisor who could put us at ease and find the right home for us.

Hi,
Just thought I'd send a mass e-mailing to let you all know that both of our houses are now officially sold! Julian's took 2 days and a lengthy 3 days for mine :P We're both thrilled - got what we wanted (only $400 less than asking price for mine!!) AND we have the same closing date! We close our houses on July 15th but take possession of OUR house on July 8th. It's coming along well and we're all excited about spending the summer there. Yee hah!

I must say I was not sure how everything would go when selling my house as I did not know you but you did come highly recommended from <my friend>.
